Our private events are designed to be relaxed, welcoming, and easy to plan. Each event is thoughtfully curated by our studio — from selecting the project to sourcing materials and setting up the space — so you can focus on enjoying time together.
Events for Grown-Ups

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a girls’ night, organizing a team outing, or simply looking for something different to do together, we’ll help you create an experience that feels fun, low-pressure, and memorable.
Most adult events take place in the evening, after public hours, and can be tailored to match the vibe you’re looking for — social, cozy, playful, or relaxed.
Events for Kids & Families
We also host creative celebrations for kids and families, including birthday parties, scout groups, school gatherings, and community events.
All kids’ and family events are studio-curated, meaning we help select an age-appropriate project, handle materials and setup, and provide guidance throughout the event so everyone can participate and enjoy the process.
Parents can relax knowing the details are taken care of — and kids can focus on creating and celebrating together.
Studio-Curated Events & Custom Projects
Studio-Curated Events
Most private events fall into this category. We’ll guide your group through a creative project selected from our studio offerings, with support throughout the event. These projects are designed to be engaging, flexible, and fun for a wide range of ages and skill levels.
Custom Studio-Curated Events
Looking for something extra special? Custom events include projects that are themed specifically for your group or require additional sourcing or preparation — such as laser-cut pieces, sublimated items, or specialty blanks.
Custom projects include an additional per-guest customization fee to cover materials, preparation, and studio production time.
If you have an idea in mind (or even just a theme), we’re happy to help explore what’s possible.
What’s Included
Every private event includes:
- Dedicated use of the studio during your event time for 8 or more crafters
- All materials and tools needed for your selected project
- Guidance and support from our team throughout the event
- Freshly popped popcorn (upon request)
- Sparkling or still water (no sugar added)
- Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate
- Studio capacity for up to 24 crafters
- A lounge area for non-crafters
Projects, pricing, and timing vary based on the type of event, group size, and whether a custom project is selected.
